The Creative Wellbeing Team run workshops and courses focused on improving wellbeing through creative exercises on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Wednesday sessions: 11:00am – 1.00pm
Thursday sessions: 10:00am – 12.00pm
Art & Craft Thursday Afternoon Sessions: – These session are ONLY for participants who have completed the Creative Wellbeing course.
Gain confidence, make connections and try something new. You don’t need any previous experience or particular skills, just the sense that you could benefit from adding some creative activity to your week.

Activities may include creative writing, artistic activities like working with paint or photography, or mindfulness techniques including meditation and breathing exercises.
