Wellbeing

The wellbeing team run workshops and courses focused on improving wellbeing through creative exercises on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Gain confidence, make connections and try something new. You don’t need any previous experience or particular skills, just the sense that you could benefit from adding some creative activity to your week.

Activities may include creative writing, artistic activities like working with paint or photography, or mindfulness techniques including meditation and breathing exercises.
